The Mo’s of Orchard

The stats don’t lie…Australia Men are dying on average 6 years earlier than women (and for largely preventable reasons).

This November, the hairier teammates at Orchard united to raise awareness for men's health by participating in Movember.

There’s still time to help. CLICK HERE TO DONATE to the Orchard Mo Bros team. So far we have raise $578 with an aim of $700.

Here’s some of our faves:

James Langridge:

My Motivation:

“I’m raising awareness this Movember because I think that guys really don’t pay enough attention to health issues. There’s a certain ‘superhero’ syndrome within masculinity that needs to be broken down, where men believe they should be capable of handling anything and ignore any signs of weakness. I think that has and can do a lot of harm to us.” — James

Vadim Vichniakov:

My Motivation:

“I’m raising funds and awareness this Movember to support all the men facing difficult moments in their life. Male suicide shouldn’t be one of the leading causes of death in Australia.” — Vadim

Ryan Barker:

My Motivation:

“I’m raising funds and awareness this Movember for all the bro’s. We don’t always think about our own health, but we should be — for ourselves and those around us.” — Ryan

Nathan Bloomfield:

My Motivation:

“Just by growing a little lip fluff we can make a difference for men’s health — in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Having had family members suffer from these health illnesses, it has a big place in my heart.
